Last of the batch of songs made with lofi percussion and samples. This is a song about a jokester from back in the day who tried to satirize life in realtime in place of normal interpersonal communication. Deadman wore a Robin Hood costume and danced the safety dance while recording the vocals. Digi Hartatak performed most music tracks while holding his breath and wearing a cheap plastic fireman's helmet.

3rd CD in the series of the compilation of live Peace & Anarchy practice tapes, 4 track and cassette deck recordings between 1989 and the summer of 1990. Peace & Anarchy was the remnents of Optional Death and Warfare with Conrad Gill on vocals, Brian Lipski and Aaron on guitar and Weird Jim on bass. Along with a constantly revolving lineup of would be drummers, we trudged through the bitter cold winter of 89-90 trying to find a permanent drummer and place to jam... but it would never...

The first 6 tracks of this are the monophonic mixes from a VCR of the "Warfare Videos" that I made at vo-tech in 1988 from songs from "TAPE #4" and "LAUNCH HAVEN JAM" and "PAIN OF LIFE". I threw out the original VHS video tape by accident about a month ago but have gotten a 1st generation copy from my grandmother recently. The rest of the tracks were recorded on 1/21/88 "Pain of Life" and the rest on 1/23/88. This was our "DEMO TAPE"...

I had a the drums and piano tracks for a decade. Finally wrote lyrics in my car on a napkin and drove home and recorded the vocals just to finish the song. Added some VST tracks and then ran the mix through a multiband compressor to kill the spikes.

2 mix tracks by Digi Hartatak from the old software that needed to be finished and would not benefit much from higher resolution or more effects due to lofi samples. These were not mastered so use your EQ. Track one is dedicated to and based on the local Philadelphia television news between 1970 and 1990 and another Jersey shore attraction burning down, namely Dracula's Castle in Wildwood. Track 2 is about religion and is mainly based on speech from a speaking bible pronounciation database and...

5 hypnotic and sensual tracks (except track 1 which is rash and vulgar) from Digi Hartatak. Spaceface is an allusion to reason that started off as a 3/4 time blueprint for a giant electronic iron maiden project that seemed interesting at the time but never went anywhere so I carelessly added some synth, some space related samples and a few words I wrote on the way to the office yesterday. Uses Freesound samples from one of my loop sample packs. Deadman Beatbox Demo is a track demonstrating the...

Loosely based on things like an ancient Delphic Hymn and funky disco of the 1970's with other eclectic but cleverly connected themes, 3 contrasting and complimentary tracks created with Reaper demonstrate a new production quality for the future. For some reason reverb trails are cut off when rendering? Will figure that out eventually... Thanks to the manson family for the inspiration and help with production on tracks 1 & 2.

Per a recent interview with Digi Hartatak, "I originally conceived the idea for this song while contemplating the vast emptyness in between my sound processing organs. The last time I did a song that mentioned minimal everyone complained and said it was too busy so I decided to build a song on only two notes. I dumbed down the bassline as much as I could without having a seizure and fought to keep only 2 voices for most of the song. I could not stop myself from adding the synth solo at the end and the piano triads which added another 4 notes. As for the ambient part, I used recent field recordings that I just added to Freesound over an almost drone like...

I was given a 6 track cassette master tape several years ago by my old guitar player Brian Lipski. I pieced together what tracks I could to try and create remixes with the least amount of processing possible to keep them original. Here they are, songs and words written and performed by Brian Lispki with exception of MIDI bassline thrown in bonus track. Barely remixed and remastered from original cassette master tracks from 1993.

Music video made in windows movie maker with original images and some optical illusions from the internet. Music is Salvia Divinorum with a beat called "galaxy' by Pablo Perez. Images made in coagula and the resulting sounds are in the new sample pack at freesound. The mp3 tag timecode was off so I had to guestimate at the end of the song after countless attempts to line things up and not knowing why each edit never quite happened where I was clicking... Maybe I need better software.

Parody song written 12 years or so ago and finally finished about a year ago, so that would be one of my oldest and longest to finish songs ever... It's a joke and I sound like a friggin dork... but so do you.

2nd CD from the Peace and Anarchy compilations from 4 track, boom box and tape deck recordings on cassette between 1989 and 1990 at numerous locations in South Jersey. Brian Lipski and Aaron trade wannabe malmsteen verses randy rhoads riffs while I painstakingly play monotonous and cardio intense bass lines by myself, with various drummers, a drum machine and a metronome if I remember correctly... some tracks are guaranteed headache inducers but there are some good tracks and some Warfare songs...

Track 1 starts off with organic tribal chanting with electric guitar and evolves into some acoustic and piano tinkering. Anderstein exacts his revenge in the revenge track one with pulsating digital echoes of conflict and chanting chaos. An even larger contraption made by complicated networks of symbiotic and parasitic components. The automatic mechanism of madness chugs along, gears screaching under the pressure of it's own immense weight. The immense implosion of gravity in on it's self around the machine creates heat and friction in the internal components untill one of them breaks and the machine comes crashing down. When the machine shuts down, the illusion generators and subliminal brain washing centers will be exposed...

Tribute to our favorite cyber parasites. They infect our forums, our chatrooms and our blogs. They bring nothing to the party, but want the spotlight on them as they lovingly taunt their captive audience. The masquerade is over and someone pissed in the punch. Some words are based on the norse legend writing of Skáldskaparmál by Bragi Boddason and the experience of running a netlabel over the last year. The events depicted in this song are fictional. Any similarity to any real troll living or...

The Faykers are back with an original song about the patriarch of the Deadhead scene on the Jersey Shore and his minions of Andy Griffin Themesong whistling troubadors and their splintered barefoot spinning adventures under the warm glow of the boardwalk neon. This is the true tale of a small band of fairy spanksters that grew into a slightly larger group and then kinda disappeared one day, weird huh? Watch as they drop strange magical liquid from visine bottles on sugar cubes, diner crackers...
